Spurs are on their way to Wembley…. again!

Tottenham substitutes David Bentley and Roman Pavlyuchenko made instant impacts last night as Spurs came from behind to charge into an FA Cup semi-final at Wembley with a 3-1 win over Fulham. Earlier, Bobby Zamora had met Damien Duff’s pass with a placed finish to give Fulham a well deserved half-time lead.

David_BentleyThe introduction of David Bentley at half time completely changed the game, with the winger curling in a free-kick with virtually his first kick of the game and then crossing for Roman Pavlyuchenko to volley home. Eidur Gudjohnsen then rounded off a good flowing move to set up a semi final meeting with Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp’s old side Portsmouth at Wembley.

And with Aston Villa and Manchester City both dropping points in the Premier League, Tottenhams grip on 4th place was helped as well. All in all, a good night for Spurs!

There are loads of Tottenham Hotspur souvenirs and gifts available now at Footballbits Football Souvenirs, perfect for any Spurs fan to celebrate the upcoming semi final.

Footballbits has a huge range of officially licenced football souvenirs, merchandise, memorabilia and gifts.P erfect for fans of all ages and at affordable prices.
